After a long absence, Maritime iRacing League, headed up by Tim Terry, returns to ETV Motorsports Live. Tonight, the Canadian short track series will visit New Symrna Speedway in Florida for 150 laps. Tun in live tonight at 7pm Eastern for some awesome short track racing entertainment!
The track was built in 1964 by Benny Corbin. It was originally designed as a clay track, but was covered in asphalt in 1967. Afterwards, Corbin partnered with racing promoters Bob Bartel and Ed Otto to launch the World Series of Asphalt Auto Racing at New Smyrna Speedway. The racing surface was repaved in January 2007
